2021 MTV EMAs: Full List of Nominees and Winners

The 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards held on Sunday, November 12 in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary. This year’s edition of the famous music award was hosted by American rapper Saweetie.

Nigerian singer Wizkid flew Africa’s flag at the event, emerging with the award for the Best African Act on the night. By that, Wizkid became just the 6th Nigerian to win the award, following in the footsteps of Dbanj, 2Face, Burna Boy, Davido, and Tiwa Savage.

Korean band BTS were the heaviest winners on the night. With Ed Sheeran, Lil Nas X, Nicki Minaj, and Doja Cat also winning awards.
