2023 Will See PSquare Release First Album Since Comeback

PSquare

Famed Nigerian twins, music duo PSquare has announced they will be releasing an album this year, 2023. The project will be their first since 2014’s ‘Double Trouble’, which contained hit singles ‘Personally’, ‘Collabo’ ft Don Jazzy, and ‘Ejajo’ ft American rapper T.I.

Born Peter and Paul Okoye, the forthcoming project will also see the brothers reunite for an album since their nearly 5-year dispute, which started in 2017 and ended in late 2021. During that hiatus, they pursued their solo careers; using the stage name Mr P, Peter dropped ‘The Prodigal’ in 2021, and a couple of months later, Paul dropped ‘Ruddykillus’ using the stage name Rudeboy. They also dropped several singles during that time.

According to a social media post that confirmed the development, PSquare decided against releasing an album last year, and instead pursued touring the world with their previous records, for commercial reasons. Their tour saw them reunite with fans in Lagos, Abuja, UK, US, Portugal, Ghana, and other African countries. Check out the post below.
