Hollywood actress Annie Wersching, best known for starring in hit television series, 24, has passed away at the age of 45 from cancer.
Wersching recieved an undisclosed cancer diagnosis in 2020 which she battled while still working, appearing in shows like Star Trek: Picard and The Rookie.



Since her passing colleagues have taken to social media to pay tribute to the brilliant actress. Neil Druckman, creator of the video game The Last Of Us on which Wersching voiced Tess tweeted, “We just lost a beautiful artist and human being. My heart is shattered. Thoughts are with her loved ones.”
Abigail who starred in TV series Timeless alongside Wersching also tweeted, “We love you Annie Wersching. You will be deeply missed.”
Over the course of Wersching’s two decade career, she appeared in dozens of television shows like Star Trek: Enterprise, 24, Vampire Diaries, Marvels Runaways, Timeless, amongst others.
She is survived by her husband and fellow actor Stephen Full and three sons, Freddie, Ozzie, and Archie.
