Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, recording and performing artist Ada Ogochukwu Ehi, simply known by her stage name Ada Ehi, has acheived a landmark feat after becoming only the second Gospel artist in Africa to have a video surpass 100 million views on YouTube.
The 39-year-old award-winning Gospel act achieved this milestone with her 2016 song Only You Jesus. Popular Gospel artist Sinach is the only other African gospel act to have hit 100 million views on YouTube.
Since arriving on the platform, Ada Ehi has gone on to become a star with a sizeable fan base which is evident in her Youtube channel which currently boasts over 360,000 Million views and 1.46 Million subscribers.
The evergreen Ada Ehi was recently awarded The Achievers award in the UK and she also won the CLIMA AWARDS’ 2022 best collaboration song with Congratulations featuring Buchi.
After over 6 years of its release, Only You Jesus remains fresh and appealing to listeners which has contributed to its steady rise in number.
