Annie Macaulay Idibia has come out to air her opinion concerning her role in Netflix’s Young, Famous & African, the recent reality TV that has taken social media by storm.
Annie Idibia took to her Instagram Stories to gently point fingers at the producers of the show over them discarding important parts of her life she’d offered while filming for four months in Johannesburg in favor of more sensational portions like her marriage to superstar husband Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia.

“When I said my name is Annie Macaulay… you will know about me… I knew all the loads of work I was doing out there for 4 whole months!!
“Everything!! was taken out of too— all the hard work!!!
“There was Annie — The career woman filmed. There was the mother. Filmed too.
“Then there was — the lover gurl, wife!
“Renewal was d icing on the cake
“But hey!!! Let’s all go on with our “PERFECT Lives!! I gave my all out there —/ but as usual… d same old thingy!”

Annie Idibia was featured in Netflix’s first season of Young, Famous & African alongside other superstars from across Africa (like Diamon Platinum, Jerry Swanky, Khanyi Mbau, DJ Naked, among others). The show premiered on March 18 and has been a popular stay on Netflix and across social media trend lists since its release.
