Former Big Brother housemate, Beauty Tukura has revealed in a recent interview with media personality MizVick, that Groovy asked her to be his girlfriend in their first week together. They both however, decided to keep their relationship away from the housemates.
“I was real with him from the start and he knew that…We started dating before week two like after the Saturday party, we had a conversation under the duvet and he was very clear that he wanted me to be his girlfriend,” Beauty said.
She also disclosed that Groovy was more territorial than she was, and had an issue with male housemates, Kess and Khalid because she was close to them.
Amid tears, the reality star tendered an apology to her fans for her disheartening exit.
This is the first interview of the beauty queen making rounds following her disqualification from the show.
Her social media team had previously put out an official statement reacting to the housemate’s disqualification that took place on Sunday August 7, 2022.
In the statement shared, the team expressed the current state of disbelieve in their camp over her disqualification after only two weeks in the house.
“The last few hours have been an emotional one for BeeNavy, family and friends of our queen, Beauty Tukura. We are still struggling to come to terms with the whole situation because it’s still hard to believe Beauty’s time in the Big brother house was cut short. This wasn’t the plan, it wasn’t,” an excerpt of the statement read.
Beauty journey in the Big Brother’s house ended on Sunday after she received three strikes and was immediately disqualification from the show for violent behaviour.
The former beauty queen had physically attacked two housemates, Ilebaye and Groovy barely two weeks into the show.
