BBNaija’s Thelma Recounts Live Threatening Experience Living with Relatives

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Thelma has recounted her experience as a child growing up in an abusive relative’s home.

According to the reality tv star, the couple she lived with continuously flogged her for no reason.

“This woman would flog me with koboko in the night for no reason and the husband will wake me up with koboko in the morning, telling me its his turn,” she wrote.

She also revealed how the relative once spat in her mouth after flogging her.

The BBNaija star eventually left the abusive environment after a concerned kinsman informed her mother of the cruelty she was going through.

She added that the couple died of HIV/AIDS not long after she exited their home.
