Bridgerton is one of the best things to ever happen to Netflix. The regency drama was so popular upon its series premiere on Christmas Day 2020, new fans to the story adapted from from Julia Quinn’s book of the same title couldn’t stop talking about it for many weeks into the new year. To celebrate the arrival of the long-awaited second season of Bridgerton, Netflix threw a ball-themed party in South Africa and flew stars from around the continent to the venue.
