Fresh from making his debut into the Metaverse with the launch of his NFT collection “Heads by BNXN (HBB)” and changing his alias from Buju to BNXN, Buju’s dropped several high-profile songs in the last couple of months, with the highlight being “Finesse” alongside Pheelz.
Apparently Buju’s got another collab with Wizkid waiting on the fringes of being released and he’s been going about social media ramping up hype for the record.
In the late hours of Tuesday, March 15, he shared a picture of popular Nigerian street snack combination Gala and la Casera, with the caption “Me & Wiz.”
The last time Buju and Wizkid linked up was on 2021’s “Mood,” a song off the deluxe version of Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” album. It became a smash hit after it appeared in several viral social media posts, with Buju drawing praise for his alluring vocals and cadence.
There’s definitely excitement around the 24-year-old’s camp, with his latest tweet about the forthcoming record garnering over 28K likes, 5K retweets, and 700 comments in less than 24hrs.
