Celebrity Dancer Kaffy Speaks On Arrest Of Ladies In Abuja

Nigerian choreographer, Kafayat Shafau-Ameh, popularly known as Kaffy, is not just expressive with her body through dance but with words as well.

She recently addresses the unjust treatments meted out on some women who were recently arrested in the city of Abuja and were also allegedly abused by the police officers.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “About 3 weeks ago, police raided night clubs in Abuja, arrested 30 women, and accused them of being prostitutes. Last week, they raided more clubs and basically kidnapped women that happened to be on the road, adding 70 more women to the list.

Recall a while back, there were reports of alleged molestation of women by some policemen after they were taking into custody for alleged prostitution.
