Denrele Edun Under Fire Over Alleged Affair With Late Singer Goldie While She Was Married

Nigerian media personality, Denrele Edun has received backlash over his recent revelation of an alleged affair he had with late music star, Goldie while she was married.

The entertainer disclosed the details of their affair during an interview with Neecee Bosslady.

Denrele stated that there were times when they were caught up in the moment and had a few intimate moments despite knowing her marital status.

“A lot of people thought we were friends. We did have a few intimate moments. I knew she was married of course. We kept that a secret. We had a few.. (entered the corner),” he said.

Since the interview went viral on March 23, the cross dresser has been hit with severe backlash on social media.

Goldie was a Nigerian music artist, a reality Tv star and a media sensation. She suffered a hypertensive heart disease and passed away on February 14, 2013 in Reddington Hospital, Lagos.
