DJ Cuppy and singer Zlatan Ibile looked to have finally squashed their beef after the two shared a stage at an event put together by Zlatan.
Cuppy and the Zanku music pioneer had previously collaborated on the hit song Gelato– the same song they performed at the event.
Several months after their successful collaboration, Cuppy surprisingly hinted at both celebs not being in good terms.
According to DJ Cuppy, Zlatan had blocked her on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Twitter for over 10 months.
When confronted about the rift, Zlatan sarcastically responded he doesn’t know who Cuppy was.
“Is that an artist?” he said. When asked if he doesn’t know Cuppy, the rapper responded by saying ”I don’t know her.”
Their relationship weht further south when rumours were spread by Israel DMW, about Cuppy allegedly owing Zlatan money as part of royalty payments that came from their collaboration on Gelato.
The pink-hair-lover adreassed the rumours in a tweet, insisting that there was no breach of contract between her and Zlatan, and further threatening to take the case with Israel DMW to court.
Certainly, this can’t be bad news for fans to have Zlatan and Cuppy back in good terms. Perhaps another hit collaboration is on the way. Who knows!
