Eclipse: New EP by Oxlade

Afrobeats star Oxlade collaborates with ace producer Coublon to dish out an emotive dose of Afropop titled, “Eclipse”. This is a follow up to his debut extended play, OXYGENE released early last year.

The 4-track project which consists of no feature, houses his latest single, Ojuju.

Speaking about the EP, Eclipse on Apple Music’s Africa Now Radio, the Troniq singer mentioned that it was created while he was going through a series of dark moments.

“I was going through series of dark moments during the times I was creating the project. And each time I was making music during this period, I was discovering that I was always happy creating it.”

So it’s like; “Damn, this is an eclipse situation here because life is not going smoothly for you, but your music is giving you life itself.” He said.
