2023 Election: Electoral Violence - Chioma Akpotha, Falz, Lolo 1, Others Lament At The Nigeria Presidential Polls

It’s Presidential Election day here in Nigeria, and many polling units across the country are rife with electoral violence.

Citizens have typically taken up Twitter as the #1 source of instant news and today is no exception.

Celebrities such as Chioma Akpotha, Lolo 1, and Falz went to their various polling units to exercise their right to vote but were met with varying levels of tension and violence.

Some polling units have been able to conclude the election process and have started to announce results, while some others are rumored to still be awaiting the arrival of electoral staff as at the time of writing this report.
