Episode 5 Of Don Jazzy Radio Titled “From Naija With Vibes” Is Now Streaming On Apple Music

The fifth episode of Don Jazzy’s monthly podcast, Don Jazzy Radio, is now streaming on Apple Music. Co-host DJ Big N is absent for this episode, but Don Jazzy is joined on the podcast by ex Mavin signee Dr Sid & rapper Blaqbonez, this latest episode is titled From Naija With Vibes.

Don Jazzy uses the Don Jazzy Radio platform to discuss all-things Afrobeats; the beautiful sound of contemporary West Africa. On From Naija With Vibes, the lineup discusses Afrobeats in the diaspora and the foreign players having an influence in the booming genre. They also try to project the future of the Afrobeats sounds, debating if the foreign influences will result in a change of texture of the core Afrobeats sound.

They also touch on a few other topics on the 1-hour long episode including how rap music is received in Nigeria, and as usual, the legendary music producer sandwiched the installment with his favorite song embodying the topics covered during the discussion.
