Netflix, held its annual global fan event TUDUM (say that out loud without smiling, I dare you) on Saturday, revealing plenty juicy bits of info regarding upcoming films and TV series, ranging from trailers to BTS clips and even Bloopers. Here’s a quick rundown of major film and TV announcement made at TUDUM

Enola Holmes first trailer revealed:

Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill are both back to solving mysteries and catching criminals in the first official trailer for Enola Holmes 2. The trailer sees Enola putting on her big boy pants and opening shop on her own, all in an effort to live up to the Holmes legacy.

First Look At Gal Gadot’s Action Spy Heart of Stone:

Netflix shared the first look at its upcoming action thriller, Heart of Stone staring Gal Gadot, Jamie Doman and Alia Bhatt. The clip which featured some final shots from the movie, some BTS action and interviews from the cast promises a thrilling showdown that audiences won’t soon forget.

First Look at Bridgerton spin off – Queen Charlotte:

News of a spin off show from Netflix’s Bridgerton came as no surprise to movie lovers considering how much of a hit the original period drama has been since its premiere two years ago. The spin off officially titled Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story which focuses on a young Queen Charlotte and King George will be hitting the streaming service soon and Tudum gave viewers its first look. Release Date for Wednesday announced:

The release date for upcoming Adams Family spin off TV series Wednesday featuring Jenna Ortega in the titular role was revealed to be November 23. A short clip showing Wednesday getting the better of sentient hand Thing was also revealed.

A behind the scene look at Guillermo del Toro’s rendition of Pinocchio

We’ve been expecting Guillermo de Toro’s Pinocchio for quite some time now and Tudum has offered some Behind the Scene footage to curb our excitement ahead of the films December 9th release. The latest clip gives viewers a little insight as to how the fantastical stop-motion world was brought to life.

Ahead of its May 2023 release Tudum revealed a 1-minute teaser for The Mother which was more than enough to establish Jenifer Lopez as a badass assassin who’d do anything to save her daughter.

The Witcher: Blood Origin arrives this December

The Witcher prequel series The Witcher: Blood Origins was revealed to be arriving just in time for Christmas. Sadly, no new trailers or footages was revealed for the upcoming series. In the meantime we can pacify ourselves with the previously released teaser below;

They Cloned Tyrone trailer revealed

The official trailer for They Cloned Tyrone was revealed and it promises a perfect blend of action and comedy. It stars Jaime Foxx, John Boyega and Teyonah Parris as they team up to follow “the trail of nefarious government experiment in this pulpy mystery caper.” No official release date was announced.

Season 3 of The Witcher set to arrive in Summer 2023

Like its prequel show Blood Origins, we didn’t get any footage for The Witcher Season 3 asides an approximation of a release date; Next Summer

First teaser for You revealed:

The first teaser for Netflix’s hit TV series You was revealed and in it fans were given a brief update of what their favorite onscreen serial killer, Joe Goldberg or should I say, Professor Johnathan Moore has been up to of late. The teaser also introduced several new characters we get to meet fully when the new season gets up and running on February 10, 2023.

The Crown Season 5 gets release date;

The release date for the fifth season of Netflix’s highly acclaimed TV series The Crown was revealed to be November 9. The season will focus on the early and mid-90s period of the late Queen Elizabeth’s life.  

Manifest Season 4 gets new Trailer

A new trailer for the fourth and final season of Manifest was revealed at Tudum. The trailer shows of Melissa Roxburgh (as Michaela Stone) and Josh Dallas (as Ben Stone) back to solving the mystery behind the missing Flight 828.

The Watcher Trailer Revealed:

Netflix revealed the first official trailer for its upcoming horror thriller form The Watcher. Based on true events, it tells the story of the Brannock family’s move to a dream suburban neighborhood only for that dream to quickly turn into a nightmare. The Witcher stars Bobby Canavale, Naomi Watts, Jennifer Coolidge, amongst several others.
