Fela’s Daughter Blasts Those Comparing Him To Wizkid And Davido.

One of the daughters of Fela Kuti, a Nigerian legend, Motunraya Anikulapo Kuti, who is an entertainment enthusiast and music promoter criticised those who compared her late father to Wizkid and Davido.

No doubt Wizkid, Davido and other Nigerian artistes are making waves in the world today,their waves cannot be compared with that of legendary Fela Kuti.

Motunrayo obviously was displeased with the comparison as she took to Instagram a photo of her dad looking elegant while blowing a trumpet on the 1961 cover of famous Vogue magazine. The photo in the magazine was captured “Model Judy Dent with Fela Kuti and his band,Vogue October 1961”

The daughter of the legend wrote: “FELA ANIKULAPO KUTI FOR #VOGUE MAGAZINE OCTOBER 1961 a year after your failed nation got dependent. For the morons that compares him to Davido and Wizkid and any other Nigerian artiste.. If una let me ABUSE una you will say she has taken drugs again. Where sense is given sense is expected. Make una no vex me o. Morons. Where are these blogs when I need them. I am in the mood today. Awon werey without money you are nothing. Fools!!!!!”
