Funke Akindele Unveils Teaser For Upcoming Comedy, ‘Battle On Buka Street’

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele is set to bring joy and laughter to our screens yet again, this time with her latest project, Battle on Buka Street scheduled to hit cinemas this Christmas.

In an Instagram post yesterday, Funke offered viewers the first look at the highly anticipated comedy with its first teaser.

Directed by Funke Akindele and Tobi Makinde, Battle on Buka Street features an array of stars including the likes of Sola Shibowale. Tina Mba, Nkem Owoh, Mercy Johnson, Bimbo Ademoye, amongst several others. Watch the teaser below

Battle on Buka Street is set to be Funke Akindele’s third directional feature since EbonyLife’s Your Excellency and Omo Ghetto: The Saga which she co-directed with her ex-husband JJC Skillz.

Battle on Buka Street will be hitting cinemas nationwide on December 16.
