Actress, Toyin Abraham has taken to Instagram to gush over her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, following a recent encounter.

Recounting how her husband talked her out of leaving “early” after attending a party Eniola Badmus organized to celebrate her 20 years of acting, Toyin revealed that her husband told her that she shouldn’t leave people that were her friends before they became a couple, as they could see her as an enemy due to her marital status.

Abraham said she got emotional with the comment, adding that God gave her a man full of wisdom.

She wrote;

At the Eniola’s party, it was fun but timing became late. I informed my husband @kolawoleajeyemi that it was time to go home. He said NO. Don’t leave the people that were your friends even before we got married. You should not become their enemy because you are now married. That sentence touched me. I became emotional but importantly grateful that God gave me this man full of wisdom.
