Ray Liota was shooting a movie called “Dangerous Waters” on the island, and, according to a source close to the actor, died in his sleep.
So far, no foul play is suspected.
Ray Liota is best for his starring role in the 1990 Martin Scorsese masterpiece, “Goodfellas,” where he played mobster Henry Hill alongside Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci.
He’s also know for starring in films like The Many Saints of Newark (2021), Hannibal (2001), No Sudden Move (2021), and Crossing Over (2009).
He has one daughter, Karsen Liotta, from his previous marriage to Michelle Grace. Karsen is following in her dad’s acting footsteps.
Ray was 67.
