Johnny Drille will be dropping a new single, How Are You My Friend, his first of 2022 on Wednesday, October 12.
Drille revealed this via a social media post on Thursday, October 6, sharing a video clip of him and Don Jazzy, who will be producing the song.
The caption of the post read: “I know I’ve kept you waiting for way too long. Finally, new Johnny Drille music 12/10. Produced by the Don Jazzy. #HowAreYouMyFriend.”
In the footage he shared, Drille and Jazzy are joined by a colleague, as they discuss the subject of the new song ‘friendship’.
Back in September, the singer started a challenge, asking fans to send a short recording of him singing to 10 beloved people whom they haven’t spoken to in a while. Now, that recording might just have inspired Drille’s new song and, with Jazzy helming the production, fans can expect their synergy to continue its magic.
