Brad Pitt is one of the most popular actors of his generation. He ruled the ‘90s into the ‘00s and has remained one of Hollywood’s most sought-after talents. Following media rounds for his upcoming movie Bullet Train, the actor made an important revelation about his future in the industry that made him a household name worldwide.
“I consider myself on my last leg. This last semester or trimester. What is this section gonna be? And how do I wanna design that?” He said.
Brad Pitt seems to be fulfilled with his career coming full circle after his Best Actor in a Supporting Role Oscar win for his role in the 2019 Quentin Tarantino film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. That Oscar was the one piece in a long, eventful career that always seemed to elude the actor, until that point. Pitt has spent the better part of the last few years producing more movies than starring in them, which, now, looks like a signal to where this Hollywood star’s career is headed post his acting retirement.
Although inevitable, it’ll be sad to see Brad Pitt retire from acting someday. Quentin Tarantino having worked with the actor on both Inglorious Basterds (2009) and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) once referred to the actor as one of the last remaining big-screen movie stars, which lends further credence to his incredible talent.
Before his eventual retirement finally catches up to us, you can catch Brad Pitt in one of this summer’s biggest action movies, Bullet Train, coming to cinemas on August 5, 2022.
