Real estate is one sector in the economy that never seems to dwindle, it only goes higher.

Ranging from the questionable behavior of some landlords, the exhausting attitude of agents and the outrageous prices of houses, it leaves us to ponder if Real Estate in Lagos is unnecessarily expensive or the standard of living is just too high?

Recently, a video surfaced on social media of a house being sold for 1.4billion Naira, and as usual, people had varied responses.

While a lot of people shared the same thought on the price of the house being excessively high and unimpressive, others thought “they were simply not their target market”
