Jáde Osiberu Seals Exclusive Overall Deal With Prime Video

TheNigerian filmmaker and her production company, Greoh Studios will be developing TV series and movies exclusively for Prime Videos in a three-year overall deal.

Ace Nigerian filmmaker Jáde Osiberu continues to make history as she becomes the first African to join a handful of international talents with an exclusive filmmaking deal with Prime Video and Amazon Studios.

Jáde Osiberu is best known for making hit Nigerian film and TV series like Sugar Rush, Isoken, and Gidi Up as well as the upcoming Amazon Original film, Gangs of Lagos. According to Amazon Prime’s announcement, Jáde Osiberu’s three-year deal will include creation of Original Scripted TV and movie concepts produced by her production company Greo Studios.

News of the deal comes just before the Gangs of Lagos preview screening at the Toronto International Film Festival for press and critics, yet another massive achievement. Gangs of London is also set to be the first Nigerian Original film to launch exclusively on the streaming service.
