Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner has taken to social media to thank fans and well-wishers for their continued support following his snow-plowing accident on New Year’s day.
The actor shared a photo of himself on a hospital bed on Instagram last night with the caption “Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏. Im too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all.”
On Sunday, January 1st, Renner was run over near his Nevada home by the snowcat plow he was operating suffering blunt force trauma to the chest and serious orthopedic injuries. He was airlifted to a hospital where he underwent several surgeries and has been described as being in a “critical yet stable” condition.
A two time Oscar nominee, Renner is best known for his role in the MCU movies as Clint Barton aka Hawkeye, and as Willian Brandt in Mission Impossible movies Ghost Protocol and Rouge Nation.
