Joker 2: Lady Gaga Reportedly In Talks To Play Harley Quinn

Rumour has it that Lady Gaga is in talks to join the Joker sequel titled Joker: Folie a Deux. The eccentric singer turned Oscar-nominated actress is said to be courting the role of Harley Quinn, who is traditionally Joker’s love interest.

Lady Gaga garnered critical acclaim in 2018 when she starred in A Star Is Born remake opposite Bradley Cooper. Her stellar performance earned her an Oscar nomination. She recently appeared in Ridley Scott’s take on the wealthy Gucci family in House of Gucci, where she earned some commendations as well. 

Lady Gaga has done well for herself to earn enough respect in the entertainment industry to be recognized as a talented singer and actress; it’s no easy feat. If she does decide to officially sign up for the Todd Phillips’ take on a superhero universe, then it means she knows that’s what’s best for her career at this time and we can’t wait to see her in character.
