‘Juju Stories’ Scores Amazon Prime Video Streaming Release

Amazon Prime Video has acquired the streaming rights to Surreal 16 Collective’s 2021 hit anthology film, Juju Stories.

The critically acclaimed anthology film laucnched on the streaming service on October 7, continuing its impressive festival and theatrical run from last year.

Co-director for Juju Stories, C.J ‘Fiery’ Obasi confirmed the film’s debut on the streaming service with a twitter post. He tweeted;

Juju Stories follows three independent but connected stories, Suffer the Witch, Love Potion, and Yam, each exploring the concept of juju (black magic) in contemporary Lagos.

‘Juju Stories’ stars Paul Utomi, Timini Egbuson, Adebukola Oladipupo, Uzoamaka Aniunoh, Michael Ejoor, Nengi Adoki, Belinda Yanga Agedah, Elvis Poko, Don Ekwuazi.

Directed by Obasi, Abba T. Makama and Michael Omonua, Juju Stories premiered to critical acclaim in over 12 African countries including Nigeria.
