The month of August is super close and KOB fans are about to be FED!
Producer and director of crime thriller film, King of Boys (KOB), Kemi Adetiba has just announced the official release date of the movie’s sequel.
Recall, last week, she released a teaser poster of the sequel on Instagram and had everyone in anticipation of the release date.
According to her post online, the upcoming KOB sequel won’t be coming as a film, but a series, a 7-part limited series on Netflix. This also serves as Netflix’s first original series out of Nigeria.
KOB series would star some recurring cast such as Sola Sobowale, Toni Tones, Reminisce and Illbliss. It would also feature some new faces like Richard Mofe Damijo, Efa Iwara, Nse Ekpe Etim and others.
It is set to be released from August 27th, 2021.
