Shortly after the release of the video for his megahit Buga, Daniel tweeted his wish to perform the slapper at the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022. Now, FIFA has confirmed the singer as one of the artists on its entertainment roster for the global football fiesta.

In a tweet, FIFA revealed Kizz Daniel, Diplo, Nora Fatehi, Trinidad Cordona, and Calvin Harris as some of the artists that will entertain fans on different days in Qatar, courtesy of FIFA Sound, an entertainment strategy designed to bring more connection between the beautiful game of football and music.

Kizz Daniel will be live on stage in Qatar November 23, another big win for the 28-year-old singer who has had a fantastic 2022. He will look to impress the crowd with his catalogue of big hits, especially the more recent Buga, and Cough (Odo).
