The Audrey Silva Company, founded by Nollywood Actress, Rita Dominic and Director, Mildred Okwo, is set to premiere its 2021 film, ‘La Femme Anjola’ on its newly launched streaming platform.
Confirming the production company’s new move, Okwo revealed on Twitter that the company sought to distribute the movie directly to the audience, rather than depend on third parties.
“For years, we have depended solely on 3rd parties to market our films. We no longer want to be paralyzed by fear everytime we distribute a film which is why we have invested in coming directly to you. Let our audience determine if we are worthy,” She wrote.

Recall that ‘La Femme Anjola’ premiered in cinemas earlier this year, with unimpressive box office figures. Following its exit from the big screens, the fans clamoured for an online release.
The crime thriller stared Rita Dominic in lead role as ‘Le Femme Anjola’, alongside Nonso Bassey, Ego Boyo, Femi Jacobs, Paul Papel, and Adejumoke Aderounmu.
The film told the tale of a young stockbroker whose life takes a drastic turn when he falls in love with a married singer. It also got nominated in four categories at AMAA 2021.
