Popular Nigerian singer/songwriter, actress, music critic, and judge of the Nigerian Idol reality talent show Seyi Shay is the latest Nigerian celebrity to reveal she’s engaged.
The “Yolo Yolo” singer made the revelation during a chit chat with Beat FM. The interviewer asked Shay if the diamond ring on her finger signified anything, and the broke the big news she might just be walking down the aisle soon.
“Some guy gave it to me and said ‘hey would you marry me?” Shay said during the interview.
Shay is also pregnant, but is tight-lipped on the identity of the lucky man who’s swept her off her feet.
