With fans of The Witcher still reeling from the loss of Henry Cavil as Geralt of Rivia and at the same time getting used to the idea of Liam Hemsworth being his replacement, Netflix has unveiled a new trailer for prequel series The Witcher: Blood Origins set to premiere in just a few weeks.
Set 1,200 years before the original show, Blood Origins explores some of the big events in The Witcher game lore during what’s known as the Golden Era. Some of these events include the Elven civilization in their glory days, the Conjunction of the Spheres and the creation of the very first Witcher.
The new trailer gives fans a view of of Sophia Brown, Michelle Yeoh and Laurence O’Fuarain in their roles of Elle, Scian and Fjall respectively as well as a quick glimpse of familiar face – Jaskier, fan favorite bard, played by Joey Batey.
