New Uncharted IMAX Poster Reveals Locations for Globetrotting Adventure

A new IMAX poster for Uncharted has surfaced online. The poster details some of the locations that the adventure movie will take viewers to.

The film is a live-action adaptation of the popular video game series of the same title, and will star Marvel’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home” star, Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg in lead roles.

Holland will portray a younger version of Naughty Dog’s original character Nathan Drake, while Wahlberg will play the role of Drake’s mentor Sully. Both are adventurers who uncover the mysteries of history and seek long-lost treasures.

Other actors who join the live-action movie include Antonio Banderas, Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle, Pilou Asbæk, and YouTuber ElrubiusOMG.

Drake and Sully’s first live-action outing will see them tour Paris, Rome, Manhattan, Barcelona, Agra, Giza, and Singapore.

The film will be a prequel to the first Uncharted video game, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, following Nathan Drake’s quest to find Magellan’s gold and his long-lost brother and partner Sam. It will release on the 18th of February 2022.
