Davido, Taylor Swift Nominated For Nickelodeon Awards

Nigeria’s pop star, and multiple hit maker cum musician David Adeleke, popular known as Davido, has been nominated as Favorite Global Star at the nickelodeon Kids choice Awards 2019.

The singer who is a father of two was recommended alongside music heavy weights which includes North America’s Taylor Swift, Europe’s David Guetta, Latin America’s J Balvin, Australia’s Troye Sivan and Asia’s Blackpink.

This development was known via the instagram post the singer published. In the post, Davido said;

Feels good to be nominated alongside the Greats!! Make una no jonze oo we fit win oooo!! Vote for me as Favorite Global Star at the @nickelodeon Kids choice Awards 2019. AFRICA LETS TAKE THIS ONE!

Davido is also the boss and founder of one of the leading music labels in Africa; DMW Entertainment, in which music stars like Mayorkun, and Dremo are members. Also recall, that lately, the singer was noticed to have ventured into politics. This was made evident as a result of his unwavering and unrelenting support for his uncle towards the Osun State election in 2018. Another evident incidence is the recent 2019 presidential election in which the singer showed maximum interest.
