Omotola Jalade Celebrates 23rd Wedding Anniversary With Husband

Nollywood veteran Actress, Omotola Jalade – Ekeinde and her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary yesterday, March 23rd. This day also happens to be Captain’s birthday.

The proud mother of four wrote on her IG page;

“Happy 23rd marriage Anniversary to us and Happy birthday to you Honeyboy. It’s crazy how it’s been so long yet so New. #Grace”

Omotola and Mattew Ekeinde got married in 1996 but decided to have their dream wedding in 2001 with a number of friends and family on board a Dash 7 aircraft while flying from Lagos to Benin.

The wedding was seen as one of the biggest and most talked about at that time. It even got more buzz because they got married on board a flight.
