Owo Massacre: Musicians React To Bloody Terrorist Attack On Church In Ondo State

Twitter streets were bloodied with videos and opinions about the tragic Owo Massacre which saw terrorists target hundreds of Christians worshipping at St. Francis Xavier Catholic church in Owo LGA of Ondo state, south western part of Nigeria.

According to reports, the death toll is beyond 50, with several others in critical condition after sustaining injuries from gun shots. It is also the biggest terrorist attack on Christians in Nigeria in recent times.

In the wake of the tragedy, musicians took to Twitter to condemn the event. While many sympathized with the families of the bereaved, others prayed for the lost souls to rest in peace, some prayed for Nigeria, and the rest demanded justice and prosecution of the perpetrators of the despicable, gruesome, cruel, and criminal act.
