Production Kicks off for Yomi Black and Seyi Babatope’s Badboys and Bridesmaids

Badboys and Bridesmaids is an upcoming Nigerian rom-com produced by actor and filmmaker Yomi Black and directed by Seyi Babatope (When Love Happens). Principal photography for the project has now commenced after several calls for audition.

Badboys and Bridesmaids is set to feature emerging Nigerian acting talents in lead roles including Big Brother Naija reality stars Elozonam Ogbolu and Nengi Hampson. It also stars Demola Adedoyin, Jidekene Achufusi, Idia Aisien, Jimi Akinsola, and Mercy Isoyip.

Confirming that shooting for the movie had begun, producer Yomi Black took to Instagram to share posters of the film, writing, “Finally! The cast of Badboys and Bridesmaides are now on set. It’s a cinema movie!”
