Omah Lay shared a sarcastic Tweet aimed at fellow singers Ruger and Victony shortly after the release of his debut studio album Boy Alone on Friday, July 15.
Ruger had earlier made derogatory remarks about BNXN fka Buju, after a Twitter troll asserted that he (Ruger) is a low budget version of American actor Samuel L. Jackson.
Omah Lay wasn’t having it and accused Ruger of doing anything to chase clout. Meanwhile he namedropped Victony in the same tweet following a previous incident, with the ‘Outlaw’ singer allegedly airing him by replying his tweet with ‘Lol.’
Ruger’s tweet set off a domino effect of Twitter clap backs, with Victony also taking a slight dig at Omah Lay, and Buju leaving a cryptic message for Ruger.
Few moments after Omah Lay had tweeted, calling Ruger and Victony kids, Victony came with his own reply sarcastically asking the fans to get “boy alone” to number one. Boy Alone is the title of Lay’s new album.
Meanwhile Buju dropped his own clap back at Ruger, saying: Talk is better with music. “Bad Since’97 , August 🤞🏽.”
