Afrobeat sensation, Buju is set to drop his second Extended Play (EP) this October. This comes as a great time following his incredible year in music, having featured on Ladipoe’s “Feeling” and on the deluxe edition of Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album.

Born, Daniel Benson and now popularly known as Buju (BujuToYourEars), the music sensation rose to limelight after the release of his hit single “L’enu” in 2019. He eventually signed to Burna Boy’s Spaceship records and featured him on the remix of “L’enu” in 2020.
His forthcoming EP titled “Sorry I’m Late” features 7 tracks, with a solitary appearance from highlife duo, The Cavemen.

The tracklist also shows brand new songs from the singer, with none of his previously released songs, “Outside” and “Testimony” making the cut.
Speaking on what the project means to him, Buju said;“Sorry I’m late is what I define as serious. It’s a combination of all my emotions and a lot of the things I considered my reality and my story. I really wanted to blend it into a project that was gonna reflect how far I have come, what I have seen, how I’ve overcome and practically me.”
“Sorry I’m Late” is produced by Timi Jay, Rexxie, Denzl, Perlz, and Steph. It would be available for streaming on Oct. 28.
