Martin Lawrence’s daughter and Eddie Murphy’s son are in love!
Last weekend, Martin Lawrence’s oldest child and daughter, Jasmin Lawrence, 25, wished Eddie’s firstborn son, Eric Murphy, 32, a happy birthday on Instagram revealing that they’re dating in the post’s caption.
“Happy birthday, my love! I’m so incredibly blessed to know you, to love you, and to have you by my side. Cheers to many more blessings, laughs, and beautiful memories! I love you so much!! 🖤✨.” Jasmin wrote alongside two adorable photos of the pair.
Last month, Eric posted a picture with his girlfriend on his Instagram page, captioning the post with, “Head over heels in LOVE with YOU,” adding the hashtags, “#myotherhalf,” “#equallyyoked,” and “#iloveyou.”
Eric is Eddie’s oldest child, whom he welcomed with his then-girlfriend Paulette McNeely back in 1989.
While Jasmin happens to be Martin’s firstborn, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife Patricia Southall in 1996.
Prior to their children getting together, Eddie, 60, and Martin, 56, already had a pre-existing relationship thanks to their shared work in the 1990s.
Back in 1992, the duo starred in the romantic comedy film “Boomerang” before they later appeared onscreen together once more in 1999 in the comedy movie, “Life”.
