Back in 2021, American rapper and singer Lil Nas X took his dream of working with Rema public. Well, it looks like the two have a joint on the way, as reported by Nigerian music outlet TooXclusive.
The “Old Town Road” singer posted a video on Instagram back in 2021, where he revealed the artists he’d like to collaborate with. The video featured Rema, SZA, Ariana Grande, Kid Kudi, Tyler the Creator, and more.
A couple of weeks ago, Nas X teased that he is working on his second studio album and that it is likely to arrive this summer. Perhaps this unconfirmed song with Rema will be one of the singles that will announce the album.
Rema is one of the most sort-after artists in the world currently. His 2022 smash hit “Calm Down” has surpassed a billion streams and currently sits at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song has spent more than 20 weeks on the cart. Listen to the snippet below.
