Stop Lying About The Source Of Your Wealth, Deyemi Okanlawon Cautions Nigerians

Deyemi Okanlawon

Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has a word of advice for politicians and Nigerians in general – stop lying about the source of your wealth!

The hotshot actor took to Twitter yesterday to caution people against presenting their wealth and lavish lifestyle as products of hard work and immense labour as it “causes confusion and despair” to the younger generation still striving to make it.

“Anyone man/woman is entitled to: 1, Whatever life they choose. 2, Whatever decisions they make. 3, Consequences of the above if any. Just try not to pretend your hard work is the source of your money/lifestyle & cause confusion & despair in the lives of our hustling younger ones! This public service announcement is for Nigerian politicians and any one else concerned as well,” he said.
