Ghanaian-born British rapper and singer, Stormzy, has revealed the star-studded list of contributors to his upcoming third studio album titled This Is What I Mean. The 12-track project features multiple Anglo-African and British musicians, including Nigeria’s Ayra Starr, Oxlade, Teni, Ms Banks and Tempoe.
Ghanaians Black Sherif, Amarae, Juls and Britain-based producer are also credited on the heavilly collaborative project. Two singles, Firebabe and Hide and Seek have already debuted, and the rest of the album will arrive on Friday, November 25.
Stormzy’s last project was in 2019. The highly successful 16-track Heavy Is The Head also tapped high-profile talents, such as fellow Brit Ed Sheeran, Grammy winner Burna Boy, and American singer H.E.R.. It contained popular singles Vosi Bop, Wiley Flow, and Own It, with Vosi Bop and Own It proving major favourites among Stormzy fans.
Stormzy made headlines this year when he released a celebrity-studded video for single Mel Made Me Do It. Those who appeared in the video include football star Bukayo Saka and former Chelsea, Manchester United, and Totenham Hotspur coach Jose Mourinho.
