Come January 27th, Taiwo Egunjobi will be sharing his latest drama title, All Na Vibes with the world through the global streaming service, Netflix.
The drama film tells the tale of three teenagers who are forced to revaluate their future and their friendship when an innocent night out takes a dark turn – a politician’s daughter goes missing.
Directed by Taiwo Egunjobi and written by Isaac Ayodeji, the film’s acting talents are provided by Jide Kosoko, Molawa Davies, Tega Ethan, Tolu Osaile, and Tope Tedela, amongst others.
The project was said to have originated in 2018 when Egunjobi and Ayodeji had a conversation about life as a Nigerian teen. The film’s principal photography wrapped on December 2020, and post-production wrapped on May 2021.
Since its completion, the drama film has screened in several festivals around the world, including a special Nollywood festival held in Brazil, and the International African Film Festival of Argentina. It was also the opening night film at the Nollywood Week Film Festival in France and premiered in Nigeria at a special screening in Lagos last December.
All Na Vibes premieres on January 27, 2023.
