Teen Wolf: The Movie Is Currently In Production

It was recently announced that Teen Wolf, the MTV hit series from a few years ago, was returning as a movie. Thanks to new behind-the-scenes photos we now know that the movie is currently shooting.

Teen Wolf ran for six seasons on MTV (2011-2017) and followed the story of high school student Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) on his path to werewolf supremacy in a world where the supernatural hide in plain sight. The show featured an array of supernatural creatures -were-coyotes, were-jaguars, banshees, hellhounds, windigo, etc.- and was a hit with its young adult demography.

Fan Favourite Character Stiles Stilinski played by Dylan O’Brien is reported to not be returning for this movie, which has seen many fans wonder aloud asking what then is the need for a Teen Wolf outing without Stilinski. I still hope this is a joke and that beneath all the denials is a planned surprise appearance by the actor reprising the character that made him famous.

Tyler Posey will be joined in the movie by fellow returning cast members Holland Roden, Cotton Haynes, Ryan Kelley, Dylan Sprayberry, Orny Adams, Linden Ashby, Seth Gilliam, and many others.

No release date has been announced for Teen Wolf: The Movie yet.
