This Is Not An Ex-cuse: BBNaija’s Adekunle Olopade Set To Publish Book

If history has taught us anything, it’s that the weeks following the completion of any BBNaija season is rife with announcements and the need for housemates to outdo one another in terms of what they perceive as being successful. BBNaija: Level Up is no exception. Beating the crowd to break what’s one of the first set of projects to come from his set, Adekunle Olopade has announced the upcoming arrival of a new book.

Titled This Is Not An Ex-cuse, Adekunle’s book has been in the works for two years and the author feels now is the right time to release it to the public. 

The book, according to the reality star, is an ode to the “ones we once love” and to days “we have spent silently being in love but not being together”.

“After 2 years, it finally feels like the right time to release this. First official project post the Big Brother house. More details coming soon, stay tuned. Adekunle’s book release. #ThisIsNotAnExcuse,” Adekunle tweeted. 

Adekunle joins a rather exclusive list of BBNaija stars who’ve gone the route of book publishing, including Liquorose, Wathoni Anyausi, Trikytee, and Ike. He was also the third runner-up of the BBNaija: Level Up season.
