Timi Dakolo Releases New Music and Video Titled, “Obim”

The colorful music video which features Noble Igwe and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu showcases the Igbo culture and it’s traditions

Timi Dakolo has finally dropped his much anticipated single, “Obim” – an igbo word for “my heart’ in English, accompanied by a music video to match.

The love song’s visuals spotlights a colorful declaration of love in a marriage ceremony and a showcase of the Igbo culture and it’s traditions.

Released today, the song enlists a host of celebrities including Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who played the role of the Igbo groom, Noble Igwe, Alexx Ekubo, Chigurl, Chinedu Ikedieze, Stan Nze and many others.

It also sees Noble Igwe and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu energetically recite some spoken words in Igbo.
