Still reeling off the raving reception of his return to Nollywood, veteran Chidi Mokeme is set for his next big role in the Ramsey Nouah-directed Tokunbo.
Tokunbo follows an ex-car smuggler who is seeking redemption. His conscience hangs in the balance as he is caught in a race against time, with everything on the line. Chidi Mokeme is set to star as Gaza alongside Gideon Okeke who is playing the titular character.

This is Ramsey Nouah’s third project as a director, following Rattlesnake: The Ahanna Story and Living in Bondage: Breaking Free, but unlike these two, Play Network Studios isn’t involved.
No release date has been announced for Tokunbo yet.
