Popular Nollywood actress,Tonto Dikeh who is a well known benevolent celebrity has commenced the #PAYYOURDEBTCHALLENGE as she pays off the debts for some people.
Over the years, Tonto has never come short of her benevolence. In December 2017, the actress in confluence with her NGO, Tonto Dikeh Foundation visited persons living with disabilities in the Karanmajiji Disable Colony in Abuja to celebrate the United Nations International World Disability Day. At her visit, she shared gifts and spent a good time having fun with the inhabitants of the colony.
On Tuesday,April 2,2019, she took to her Instagram page where she shared a photo of cheques which evidently are for some of the beneficiaries of her favour. She further appealed to others to make conscious efforts to pay their debts.
She wrote: “So I just paid 5 people’s debt off who came to my dm to seek help!! house rent- school fees, business money- children support, Medical Bill. It’s #PAYYOURDEBTCHALLENGE. So if I like you I will help clear your debts if considerate!! Make a conscious effort to pay someone you owe today… You can also help someone pay a bill today!! THANK YOU”
It seems she has changed her tune with the next two successive posts.
