Watch Intriguing Trailer of Upcoming South Korean Series, “The Silent Sea”

Following the groundbreaking records achieved by South Korean series, ‘Squid game’ and ‘Hell bound’ on Netflix, the streamer has premiered a new series, “The Silent Sea”, that had K-Drama fans ecstatic.

Directed by Choi Hang-yang, the upcoming sci-fi drama series would see space explorers on a perilous 24-hour mission on the moon, trying to retrieve samples from an abandoned research facility steeped in classified secrets.

The Silent Sea was written by screenwriter Park Eun-Kyo and is an adaptation from the 2014 short film, The Sea of Tranquility. It features a star-studded cast including Goblin’s Gong Yoo, Kingdom’s Bae Doo Na and Squid game’s villain, Heo Sung Tae and many others.

The mystery thriller would be available on Netflix just in time for Christmas on the 24th of December, 2021.
